  2. Screening profiles: Cold Call potential Job-seekers for specific Jobs, Conducting telephonic interviews to screen candidates based on the Job requirement, Counselling Job-seekers if required etc.
  3. Coordination: Scheduling & facilitating interviews while maintaining a positive relationship with employers & Job-seekers

  2. Pitching the 'lead'. This can be over an email, on social media or mostly over a call
  3. Closing the Lead: This would include maintaining positive rapport with the client & following up (if required)
  4. You would also be required to do account management for the clients you onboard
