Role & Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with clients deeply understanding their needs and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Inspire and manage the team to deliver exceptional design work that drives conversion and engagement.
• Lead the design team to create conversion-focused landing pages and websites that meet the client s business objectives and target audience.
• Create Wireframes and Mockups using Figma Adobe XD etc as and when the need arises.
• Collaborate closely with account managers and developers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends tools and techniques and incorporate them into the design process.

Skill Requirements:

An Ideal Candidate must have

• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of Web design principles best practices and conversion-rate optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and solutions to clients.
• Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and conversion-focused design work.

Experience:

7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role with a proven track record in conversion-focused design preferably in an agency environment.
