MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The purpose of this position is to compute classify and record numerical data to keep
financial records complete. To perform any combination of routine calculating posting and
verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPA&rsquo s):

• GS cc / AT Inc.
• Oversee Bookkeeping (Accounts Assistant)
• Oversee Filing and receipt processing (Accounts Assistant)
• Management Accounting  / Cost Accounting (IB including rates)
• Inventory (AICdb)
• CRM (GRM)
• Innovation
• Leadership 
• Financial Accounting and Reporting  to CFO
• Supplier Cost Management: Rates Commissions Contracts and IB s 

4. INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS:

Standard office setup
Laptop with connection to corporate network and intranet
Mobile Phone
Internet connection

5. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12
Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Financial Management
CA (SA) (or Equivalent) 
Diploma in Cost accounting/CWA (Preferred)
6. WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2-3 years&rsquo experience in a similar role

7. SOFTWARE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Office Suite
Relevant management and financial software
