Role :  Lead and Process Design new product development function by understanding customer and product requirements.

NON - NEGOTIABLE : In depth knowledge and experience in hot forging industries

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

? Understanding the new product requirements
? Researching and designing the new product
? Design and development of tooling for the new
products
? Testing and Implementation

REQUIREMENTS :

Educational Qualifications

BE B.Tech Bachelors/Diploma in Designing
Experience : 20 plus years of experience in a Hot forging company/companies

Technical Knowledge

? In depth Knowledge/Understanding of forging products
and design Background
? English Speaking and Writing
? Spoken Hindi Kannada and Tamil
? 57 years and above

Skills

? Knowledge of working with Autocad / 3D Modelling /
Simulation development
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Good Mentoring Skills
? Team Leader and Motivator
