Position Overview:  As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
• Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to enhance service delivery and identify trends.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to products and services.
