Job Description

Experience : over 10 years and must have prior experience of working in the Software services industry, in short his experience should be in the services that Softvolt is offering.
 

Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify and target key market segments, industries, and clients for business development.
    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Management:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and professional development.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor team performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.
 

Education/Experience

Business Development:

  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients and projects, including managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, campaigns, and lead generation strategie
  • Optimize the sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage CRM systems and sales analytics to track performance, gain insights, and drive decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards in all sales activities.
