Field Marketing Manager

Job Description

Job Overview:
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the hospital’s brand presence and drive engagement with key stakeholders, including hospitals, institutions, and potential partners. This role involves regular field visits to establish tie-ups, relationship management, and collaborative efforts with internal and external teams to ensure successful marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development & Promotion:
  • Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the hospital’s visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Field Marketing:
  • Plan and execute field marketing activities, including visits to hospitals, institutions, and community events.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential partners to promote hospital services and establish tie-ups.
  • Gather feedback from the field to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Partnership & Tie-up Management:
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with hospitals, institutions, and other potential partners to secure tie-ups and collaborations.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate agreements for partnerships and tie-ups.
  • Manage partner expectations and deliverables to ensure long-term collaborations.
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, events, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the hospital’s community presence.
  • Represent the hospital at community events and forums to promote health and wellness initiatives.

Education/Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, brand management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and establishing partnerships or tie-ups.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Should have driving license.
