Job Description

Role Tasks : 

• Assist the sales team by providing necessary sales data, product information,
  and pricing details.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders. Negotiations and
  closing orders.
• Handle sales orders, ensure proper documentation, and coordinate with
  internal departments (logistics, production, finance) to ensure timely delivery
  of products.
• Track order status, ensure accurate product availability, and update customers
  and the sales team on any delays or issues.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders in the
  system.
• Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues
  related to product quality, returns, or payments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis on a regular basis.
• Ensure all documentation related to sales orders, contracts, and deliveries are
  accurate and up to date.
