we are currently seeking a skilled and proactive HR Professional to join our HR
team at our Corporate office Udaipur , focusing on hiring and training new
talent.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate
  sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires
  are successfully integrated into the company.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees to enhance their
  skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and
  provide suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and
  employee information.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to improve the overall
  efficiency of the HR department.
• Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices to ensure the
  company remains competitive in the job market.
• Handle employee relations and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handling end to end payroll cycle
