Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market
    opportunities
  • Demands travelling on regular basis
  • The person should have own vehicle (Expense would be born by company)

Education/Experience

EXPERIENCE
• 15 to 20+ Yrs.


EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
• Degree/Diploma, MBA, BBM
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Technical Clarity on Laser Cutting Machine
• Industrial Segment and basic idea on Laser Cutting Machine
• Proven work experience as a National sales manager
• Experience managing a high performance sales team
• Persuasion & Negotiating
• Problem-Solving
• Customer-Focused
• Sales-oriented
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics

SALARY RANGE
