Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all interior construction activities including walls ceilings flooring
and furniture installations.
Ensure adherence to design specifications quality standards and project timelines.
Coordinate with vendors contractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and
services.
Perform quality checks on materials and completed work to ensure compliance with project
specifications.
Ensure safety standards and worksite cleanliness are maintained.
Manage team members and provide guidance on interior work techniques and best practices.
Monitor and resolve any issues related to the interior construction process.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as an Interior Supervisor or similar role in construction or interior projects.
Strong knowledge of interior design finishes and materials.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and understand design plans and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality control abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
