Onboarding Manager

Job Description

  • As the Onboarding Manager of Ad Operation within the Digital Ad & Operations team, you will collaborate with peers in Sales, demand generation, web analytics, tech team, and vendors, and experimentation to advance our product offering and ensure we are delivering always to the best of our ability.
  • You will be aware of the implementation of daily management and optimization of Ad Operation campaigns. This position will work closely with our tech team, dedicated resources, and sales team to ensure that we are meeting our goals and exceeding expectations.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project management excellence and implementing effective product workflow and best practices as well as bringing forward options around opportunities to the various stakeholders.
  • The breadth and complexity of Ad Operation cannot be understated. Responsibility will also involve being the bridge between the various stakeholders and teams, ensuring that communication is thorough and optimal.
  • Campaign Management, the ideal candidate for this role is analytical, detail-oriented, results-oriented, has excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • You’re a highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of both advertiser and Marketing needs and the competitive landscape, and understand how to deliver an amazing experience for vendors. You’re an excellent communicator, building strong cross-functional relationships through collaboration and innovative thinking.

What You'll Do...

  • Be hands-on - Leverage the Ad Operation Platform to have an overview of activity and performance with the vertical of Ad Operations.
  • Having the ability to work all the verticals (Search, Social, programmatic and Non-Programmatic, Data & Analytics) should have strong knowledge.
  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of assigned Ad Operation Platform campaigns, ensuring that campaign KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term.
  • It's important to be aware of campaign performance reports for daily optimizations and testing recommendations, as well as to gather research and insights to guide ongoing media strategies.
    Build and maintain a close relationship with our vendor partners
  • Coordinates all aspects of the Dollarbird digital product development lifecycle, including project scoping, project plan development, project tracking, change management, and reporting through the application of proven project management principles and methodologies.
  • Use critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks that will arise. Communicate these to the stakeholders on a regular basis and ensure decisions are made quickly and effectively
    Identify new opportunities to share with the various stakeholders
  • Help lead discussion on a consistent basis with sales teams and Sr leadership
  • Manages communication, ensuring that the best practices are being met and that campaigns are pro-actively set up for success
  • Converting leads which is from the sales team taking a stake in that client and making deals on the positive side.

 

Education/Experience

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Mathematics, Engineering or Economics, with a sound understanding of data analytics.
  • 6+ years’ experience implementing customer campaigns and strategies with a deep knowledge of search and auction-based environments, measurement methodologies, and ad-buying platforms.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, how they work, how they can be integrated, and how to measure performance across those channels
  • Hands-on experience with Global advertising platform a big plus
  • Good understanding of Ad technology and auction-based environments
  • Proven ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations, POV statements, and strategic and
  • operational recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to
  • synthesize and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization
  • Self-directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects independently.
