Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic professional with up to 1 year of experience to assist
with managing social media, designing marketing materials, and creating engaging video
content. This role will also involve supporting expo and event workflows and contributing to the
overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
• Plan and schedule posts for Instagram and LinkedIn to increase engagement and brand
awareness.
• Create visually appealing content, including posts, stories, and reels.
• Respond to comments and messages on social platforms & Keep it Live
2. Graphic Design:
• Design marketing materials like posters, banners, brochures, and digital ads using tools
like Canva, Photoshop, or Affinity Designer.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.
3. Video Editing:
• Edit short-form video content for social media platforms, including reels, promotional
videos, and event highlights.
• Use tools like DaVinci Resolve to create polished videos.
• Collaborate with the team to produce video assets for expos and campaigns.
4. Event and Expo Support:
• Assist in creating booth layouts, banners, and visual content for expos.
• Support planning and interacting with the Event Management.
5. Content Creation:
• Write engaging captions and short-form content for social media posts.
