Business Development Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Prospecting Identify potential clients within the real estate architecture and interior design sectors both locally and globally.
Lead Generation Conduct market research and utilize various outreach methods (cold calling emailing networking) to generate new business leads.
Client Relationship Management Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored 3D visualization solutions.
Sales Strategy Development Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create strategies that promote business growth and expansion.
Project Coordination Act as the key point of contact for clients during project execution ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery.
Proposal Development Prepare presentations proposals and contracts that align with the client&rsquo s needs and LOFT17&rsquo s services.


Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background Bachelor&rsquo s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Industry Knowledge Familiarity with 3D visualization real estate architecture or interior design is a plus.
Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present LOFT17 s services to clients.
Sales Acumen Proven ability to generate leads negotiate deals and close sales.
Customer-Centric Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.
Tech-Savvy Comfortable using CRM software Microsoft Office and other business tools.
Team Player Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations.

Education/Experience

Bachelor&rsquo s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.< p>
