Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Analyst to join our company. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that
enhance website visibility, increase organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for website optimization.
  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for maximum online visibility and
    search engine ranking.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google
    Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure
    continuous improvement in rankings and traffic.
  • Implement technical SEO strategies to enhance website health, load time, and mobile
    optimization.
  • Work closely with web development teams to ensure the website structure and architecture
    support SEO best practices.
  • Track and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (more than 3 to 5 years) as an SEO Analyst or in a similar digital marketing
    role.

Education/Experience

  • Designation : SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Qualifications : Graduate from relevant filed
  • Experience : 3-7 years of relevant experience in SEO
  • Salary : Competitive salary with no constraint for the right candidate.

Note :

  • Proven SEO experience
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight,
    Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search
    Ignite)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
