Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive Meta advertising strategies for e-commerce
  clients to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Perform in-depth audience research to identify high-value customer segments.
• Analyze competitors' performance and implement best practices and innovative
  strategies for Meta platforms.

Ad Creation & Optimization:

• Create compelling ad creatives (copy and visuals) tailored to various e-commerce
  audiences and products.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and
  key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring cost-efficiency.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of campaigns, including ROI,
  CTR, CPC, CPA, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and insights, with a focus on
  actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking and Facebook Pixel integrations for
  accurate attribution.

Audience Targeting & Retargeting:

• Create detailed audience segments, leveraging customer data, interests, and
  behaviors to drive personalized and highly-targeted ads.
• Implement advanced retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers who
  have shown interest in e-commerce products.

Collaboration & Client Communication:

• Work closely with the creative, product, and data teams to ensure ad content and
  landing pages are aligned with campaign goals.
• Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients regarding campaign
  progress, challenges, and successes.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Meta advertising tools,
  platforms, and strategies.
• Experiment with new features (like Meta's Dynamic Ads and new ad formats) to
  continuously improve ad performance.
