Job Description

Marketing and Sales of company’s high-performance Polyurethane Waterproofing
.drythane and Industrial Flooring .amshielddeck products. The
TSM shall be overall responsible for selling company’s products in designated territory
including green field development of the market.

Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target
customers - Waterproofing & Flooring Contractors. Builders, Architects etc.
Technical & commercial proposals.
Negotiations and closing orders.
Client coordination and interface between client and head office for execution.
Contract commercial handling till completion.
Setting up marketing team/ office/ warehouse once the territory develops.

Education/Experience

Experience : 2 - 6 Years

Basic UG Qualification : Any technical or commercial degree. Must have high scores in school level science and English.

Note: - We do not have any incentive part. Every year we have an appraisal cycle and a bonus
(disbursed at Diwali) which completely depends upon the annual performance of the candidate.

Strong communication skills.
Should not be a job hopper.
Must have experience in the Waterproofing industry.
Should have scored 70% or above in the 10th grade (Mandatory) and hold a strong academic background.
