Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Lead Generation: 

? Identify, research, and target new business opportunities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and  Apollo.ai. 

? Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. 

? Extract and compile lead information, including contact details, job titles, company size, and  relevant industry data. 

  1. Client Relationship Management: 

? Initiate contact with potential leads through outreach (LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns,  etc.). 

? Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at targeted companies. ? Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable business solutions. 

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: 

? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for lead nurturing and  conversion. 

? Set up meetings, demos, and follow-ups with qualified leads. 

? Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system. 

  1. Market Research & Analysis: 

? Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. ? Use insights from tools to optimize lead generation strategies and approaches. 

  1. Collaboration: 

? Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads for further  sales processes. 

? Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client interactions  and needs.

Education/Experience

Required Skills: 

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Ability to use advanced filters, search functions, and  InMail features to find and engage with leads. 
  • Experience using Apollo.ai for lead extraction and contact information collection. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools and lead nurturing techniques. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Experience in using digital tools for prospecting and lead generation.
