Location – Andheri East – Near to station (102, Level 1, Ashok Premises, Nicholas Road, Off. Old Nagardas Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 069).

The candidate’s duties and Responsibilities in our firm would be –

Advising clients on Income tax, GST, and FEMA regularly.
Handling Scrutiny Assessment Matters and drafting replies in response to various notices issued.
Preparing and filing of appeals, submissions
Research on the latest direct tax and Indirect tax issues.
Preparing Transfer pricing report
Getting returns filed from juniors for GST, Income tax, TDS, and PT during respective deadlines
Helping in business development activities from time to time.
Managing / training/guiding a team of 6-7 members
Other responsibilities would be given from time to time

Summary: Major work would be related to advising clients, and attending scrutiny assessments. For Income tax it would be getting yearly filings done.

Excellent or above-average communication skills written & oral communication skills. Should be able to write professional emails
Shortlist candidates who have worked in taxation in the above profile in the past not in the audit profile. Should have experience specifically in handling assessments. In case they don’t have experience in the above field don’t shortlist. At least more than 60% of their time has to be in taxation handling the above responsibilities in the last job
Immediate joiners would be given priority.
Should have good communication skills and be able to answer clients well

Work Policy -

6 days working with 2 Saturdays off in a month
Timings 10 am to 7 pm. (During deadlines might have to stretch a bit around 9 pm 3. It would be work from office only
