Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our sales efforts for SigmaNEST, an industry-leading CAM nesting software. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of manufacturing or CNC processes and will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and initial product qualification. This role blends technical knowledge with communication skills to convert inquiries into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the sheet metal, fabrication, and CNC domains to introduce SigmaNEST.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, technical compatibility, and readiness to adopt CAM solutions.
• Understand and explain basic CAM/CNC concepts and how SigmaNEST optimizes cutting operations.
• Schedule demos and coordinate with the technical sales team for follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM with all call details, lead progress, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in email campaigns, follow-up reminders, and sending out product brochures.
• Address initial client questions related to pricing, features, or application suitability.
• Support inside sales targets and work collaboratively with the field sales team.
