Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage client relationships and ensure successful adoption and usage of the SOLIDWORKS product suite. The candidate will serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to provide support, training, and engagement initiatives that maximize customer satisfaction and product usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the product sale is completed.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and product implementation for new customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews with clients to ensure product value realization.
• Coordinate with the technical and support teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate customer training, workshops, and usage review sessions.
• Track customer satisfaction and retention metrics; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Document customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Maintain CRM updates and generate post-sales reports for internal stakeholders.
