Technical Sales Executive

Job Description

  • ourcing potential new customers and business contacts.
  • Maintaining regular/strong contact with existing customers.
  • Travelling to the customer s location for technical discussions.
  • Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of the equipment to the customers.
  • Assisting in composing tender documents and customer proposals.
  • Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products.
  • Building a strong dealer network.
  • Generating purchase orders and sales receipts.
  • Attending product training courses and seminars and participating in exhibitions.
  • Meeting sales targets.
  • Technical Sales Executive Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a sales executive in the sales and marketing of laboratory equipment for the
  • oil sector and related research labs.

Education/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment for quality control & research is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and Office Software.
  • Ability to meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to undertake travels in the alloted region

Education/Experience

  • Required Skills/Experience:
  • Previous experience in the sales and marketing of Laboratory equipments for the Oil sector and related research labs
  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics will be preferred but not mandatory
  • The job involves extensive travelling in the allotted area.
  • Take a proactive approach to work without close supervision
