Job Description

CA/CS/CMA Intern (15 months to 3 years training) : Total Post - 3 - Stipend - 8 000 to 10 000 per month plus laptop allowance + annual performance bonus

CA/CS/CMA Intermediate (6 months to 1 year experience in Indirect Taxes): Total Post - 1 - Salary - 300 000 CTC pa

CA/CS Qualified (6 months to 1 year experience in Indirect Taxes): Total Post - 1 - Salary - 600 000 per annum + variable performance bonus

(6 months to 1 year experience in Indirect Taxes)

(15 months to 3 years training) total posts-3 laptop allowance/annual performance bonus

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle client deliverable independently in the field of indirect tax and invest India

Liaison with the Government officer at Central and State Government level for client s work

Prepare plan and note and checklist for client deliverables based on timeline and requirement of deliverable

Draft replies to notices/letter/assessment s SCN based on the issues and client facts and legal research

Timely filing of all statutory and other necessary returns and replies of the clients as per the applicable laws.

Research and provide statutory legal advice/opinion whenever required on the client s issues.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Risk assessment and recommendation of tax solutions

2. Market cum Feasibility study of tax solutions

3. Marketing of Company products and services

4. Liaison and coordination with various Govt. departments / Organisations

5. Organizing / Assisting in workshops / meetings / Trainings

6. Any other job/ duties assigned.

Quick Learner Decision-making ability Technical Knowledge- Microsoft Applications should be able to adapt to new changes Communication Skills Positive attitude.
