Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Account Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our marketplace accounts on platforms like Amazon Flipkart and others.
- Ensure product listings are accurate up-to-date and optimized for search and conversion.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Performance Enhancement
- Analyze and optimize product listings pricing strategies and advertising campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
- Identify and resolve any account-related issues such as listing suspensions or policy violations.
Customer Satisfaction
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Regularly analyze marketplace performance metrics including sales traffic and conversion rates.
- Generate reports and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Policy Adherence
- Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies regulations and best practices.
- Ensure that our operations comply with all relevant marketplace guidelines and standards.

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).< li>
Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management or a related role.< li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.< li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.< li>
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools.< li>
Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.< li>
