Role & responsibilities

? Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
? Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, updates, and challenges.
? Ensure accurate and detailed bug reports are created and maintained in the bug tracking
system.
? Monitor the status of reported bugs and ensure they are prioritized and addressed in a
timely manner.
? Good understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms
? Experience with statistical models, Knowledge of linguistics, machine learning algorithms,
and NLP libraries/tools.
? Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and language patterns.

Education/Experience

Education and Skills:

exp : 3 yrs plus
? Graduate/Post Graduate in any relevant field.
? Must be a Versant 4 level in English communication.
? Proven experience of 4 years+ in Bugs Lead role, or related roles within the AI/ML
industry.
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric focus and a
commitment to delivering high-quality results.
? Adaptable to changing priorities.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
? Flexible on working hours
? Adaptive to process and work to improve the overall business activities.
? Quick response time and people friendly.
