Job Description:
Role & responsibilities

Providing counselling services face-to-face, over the phone, or online.
Working with individuals, families, or groups.
Maintaining confidential records.
Building relationships of trust and respect with clients.
Actively listening to clients' concerns, empathising, and assisting them in gaining clearer or
alternative perspectives.
Supporting the implementation of corrective measures and adherence to project
guidelines.
Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
Experience with statistical models, and knowledge of linguistics, machine learning
algorithms, and NLP libraries/tools.

experience : 7 plus

Education and Skills:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any relevant field.
Must be a Versant 4 level in English communication.
Proven experience of 8 years+ in counselling or project management-based role, or
related roles within the content moderation industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric focus and a
commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Adaptable to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexible on working hours
Adaptive to process and work to improve the overall business activities.
