Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for presenting and demonstrating the company s services negotiating contracts and preparing sales reports.

Responsibility Deliverables:

• Source potential leads & manage them.
• Get appointment for sales meeting & site visit.
• Convert clients and bring business.
• Maintain good professional relationship with clients from start to end.

Experience:

• Min. 1 &ndash 3 years&rsquo experience in sales for services business.
• Understand building design and construction practices in India.
• Sales Experience in construction or architecture or civil related industry.
• Hand on experience with MS Word & Excel.
