Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced  Web Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in web design, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions, and a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences.

Skills: HTML , CSS , bootstrap, JavaScript, Photoshop, Custom CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
Experience: 3-5yrs  
Salary: 25-40k (Negotiable)


Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to define design requirements and project goals.
• Create visually appealing and user-centric web designs that enhance user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and applications.
• Ensure designs are responsive and compatible across various devices and browsers.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns.
• Collaborate on branding and marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive visual identity.
