Position Title: Executive Project Manager
Experience: 3& ndash 6 years
Reporting Manager: Project Manager - Head

Location: Vikhroli West
1. Project Management & Coordination
o Oversee and manage the execution of projects related to HT (High Tension) and
LT (Low Tension) infrastructure development.
o Ensure seamless integration of AC & DC systems adhering to both technical and
regulatory specifications.
o Regularly monitor and project progress ensuring milestones are
achieved on time.
o Utilize Gantt charts PERT and CPM techniques for effective project scheduling
planning and tracking.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals
o Manage the process of obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and licenses.
o Ensure all project operations comply with local and national standards and
regulations.

3. MIS Reporting & Real-time Project s
o Generate and maintain detailed MIS reports providing real-time s on
project status to key stakeholders.
o Ensure accurate tracking of timelines budget and resource allocation.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Communication
o Liaise with I& C (Installation & Commissioning) vendors for smooth project
execution.
o Coordinate and manage material supply handling and logistics at the site store
level.
o Facilitate regular communication between internal teams vendors and
contractors to address project requirements.

5. Resource & Labour Management
o Ensure effective mobilization of labor and workforce at the project site.
o Monitor labor performance ensuring optimal resource allocation for each phase
of the project.
6. Site Management

o Oversee the physical construction and commissioning of infrastructure ensuring
safety and quality at every step.
o Provide on-site leadership troubleshooting and support to resolve any technical
issues promptly.
7. Travel & Flexibility
o Willingness to travel to various project locations across India as required.
o Flexibility to stay at sites during project execution phases.
