Job Description

Job Summary:
The Site In Charge will manage and oversee the execution of ground mounted solar EPC project in
Khavda. The role requires a solid background in civil technology and proven experience in large scale
solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight: Direct daily operations on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines,
budget, and quality standards.
2. Civil Construction: Supervise civil works including site preparation, foundations, and mounting
structures. Ensure compliance with design and safety regulations.
3. Quality & Safety: Implement quality control measures and enforce safety protocols. Conduct
regular site inspections and manage safety incidents.
4. Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, and
stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and coordination.
5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records and provide regular progress reports
to senior management.
