Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth.
  • Evaluate and enter new markets as part of the company's strategic objectives.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay informed about the company's product offerings and industry trends.
  • Provide insights for product development and positioning based on market feedback

Education/Experience

Note :

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
    Designation : Sales Head
    Qualifications : BSc or Chemical Engineer
    Experience : Minimum 12 Years in API, Excipients, or Chemicals
    Salary : Competitive salary with no constraint for the right candidate
