Junior Executive - Techno-Commercial Sales (Raw Materials for Pharmaceutical Home & Personal Care)
Key Responsibilities:
&bull Visit customers regularly to introduce and promote raw materials for pharmaceutical and home & personal care products.
&bull Assist in business development and client acquisition by identifying new sales opportunities.
&bull Support senior sales staff in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
&bull Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers regarding product applications. &bull Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely responses to queries.
&bull Attend meetings with clients to discuss requirements and present solutions.
&bull Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients under the guidance of senior staff.
&bull Maintain regular s in CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and sales activities.
&bull Regularly 3 to 4 visit customers and ensure sales targets are achieved with performance incentives based on visits and approvals.
&bull Ensure proper documentation of customer feedback and market trends to assist in strategy formulation.
Qualifications:
&bull Bachelor&rsquo s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) Master&rsquo s in Pharmacy (M. Pharma) or Master&rsquo s in Technology (M. Tech)
&bull 0-2 years of experience in sales preferably in raw materials or pharmaceuticals (fresh graduates can apply).
&bull Good understanding of pharmaceutical and personal care raw materials and their applications.
&bull Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
&bull Fluency in regional language(s) along with English & Hindi.
&bull Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
&bull Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
&bull Strong time management and organizational skills.
&bull Willingness to travel frequently. Incentive Structure:
&bull Regular visits (1200 visits per month) &ndash Rs. 250 per visit.
&bull Approval-based incentive &ndash Rs. 500 per business development approval.
