Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite ERP Expert to manage optimize and
drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP system. The
ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in NetSuite functionality workflows and
configurations ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. NetSuite ERP Implementation & Management:
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet business needs.
- Lead or assist in the implementation and upgrades of the ERP system.

2. Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve system efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system
configurations.

3. System Maintenance & Support:
- Provide ongoing maintenance troubleshooting and support for NetSuite ERP.
- Develop dashboards and custom reports for end-users.

4. Integration:
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

5. Training & Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and develop user manuals.
- Create and maintain system documentation for configurations and processes.
