Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations at the World of Humanity hospital and office complex
construction site.
Ensure smooth coordination of activities across various teams ensuring project objectives are met
efficiently.
Monitor project progress resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency quality and safety standards on-
site.
Collaborate with project managers vendors and contractors to ensure resources are allocated
effectively.
Provide regular s and reports to senior management on operational progress challenges and
solutions.
Ensure that all operations align with organizational goals safety regulations and budget constraints.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management preferably in large-scale projects or
construction-related industries.
Strong problem-solving organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining operational excellence.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Proven ability to manage resources and resolve operational issues efficiently.
