Support services

• Minimum 3 & ndash 5 Years of experience in Data Power Domain
• Troubleshoot and remediate B2B Customer Issues. (Existing FTP SFTP AS2 API
  connections).
• Identification of transmission error (Inbound and Outbound)
• Contact Customers to resolve issues.
• Reprocess data as needed.
• Coordinate customer maintenance windows and ensure the failures are processed and
  accepted by the customer.
• Coordinates customer outages and communicates internally
• Coordinates with Customer maintenance /cert s etc to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and remediate B2B internal system Issues. (Datapower B2B gateway
  Datapower MPG ESS and WMQ).
• Assist New Customers with B2B secure communication Setups.
• Works with the customer to define and implement secure transports (API AS2 SFTP)
• Works with the customer to set up signing encryption as required.
• Assist Customers with changes to existing communication setups. (Migration off of FTP to
  SFTP/AS2/API).
