• Job Summary:
  We are seeking a skilled Tender Officer with end-to-end experience in managing tendering processes specifically in the Solar EPC sector. The role involves identifying relevant tenders preparing comprehensive bid submissions and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant responses.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and evaluate solar project tenders from government and private portals.

  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids as per RFP/RFQ guidelines.

  • Coordinate with engineering procurement and finance teams for necessary documentation and costing inputs.

  • Ensure adherence to all tender requirements terms and conditions.

  • Maintain records of submitted bids and follow up on bid status and results.

  • Liaise with clients vendors and government bodies for clarifications and negotiations as required.
