Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best candidates
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and ATS
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Analyze recruitment metrics to refine processes and achieve hiring goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in talent acquisition (3–8 years)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines effectively
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
