A Real Estate – Assistant Manager

Job Description

I: KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

A Real Estate – Assistant Manager would primarily be responsible to handle and get the Real Estate Leads addressed and closed.

# Revenue Generation:

Ø Meet prospects, explain details of product and offers and close the sale

Ø Ensure high level of conversion and reduce cost of acquisition

Ø Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers.

Ø Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.

Ø Making available property database of the area.

Ø Catering clients as per their needs from the available database by calling and personal visits.

Ø Must have experience in real estate closing sales and attending clients at the site and closing the deal.

Ø Support Managers in developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.

Ø Organize and participate in all promotion activities organized at the organization.

 

# Operational Governance.

Ø Play a key role during various stages of Client engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long-term relationship.

Ø Responsible for Market research and surveys which will help in closing deals.

Ø Maintaining a strong relationship with the working Developers and Partners and Sourcing team to ensure business continuity.

Ø Update leads in CRM and follow up till closure.

# Customer Experience Management

Ø Ensure effective relationship management by monitoring the movement of the customers and implement a customer retention program.

Ø Minimize rejections and customer complaints to create a wow experience.

Ø Customer query handling / complaint resolution.

II: INDICATIVE KPIs

Ø %Achievement of Company’s Real Estate Acquisition & Revenue targets.

Ø % Achievement of Rental Book Growth targets.

Ø % Achievements of Service Standards.

 

Education/Experience

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED

A Assistant Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires thorough product and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies required are:

ü Must have experience in real estate closing sales and attending clients at the site and closing the deal.

ü Good communication Skills

ü Understanding and interest in Real Estate products and markets

ü Ability to analyze information.

ü Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.

ü Good sales, negotiation & influencing skills.

ü Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
