Regional Sales Manager – EIZO Healthcare – OR Integration

Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies managing sales teams maintaining and expanding customer base and generating revenue. The Regional Sales Manager will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients deliver sales presentations and attend trade shows and industry events. The Regional Sales Manager- OT integration or operating rooms will be responsible for working with a local distributor s sales executive team to provide CuratOR solutions to hospitals or resellers. Successful candidates will demonstrate the characteristics of authenticity and integrity that is needed to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers.

  • Responsible for developing product strategy in India promoting CuratOR Operating room solutions products to increase customer base and driving the growth of market share
  • Collaborate with the distributer s sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives
  • Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and plans to increase project winning rate
  • Identify and Develop KOL relations in Key countries and closely work together with them to improve brandawareness and reputation as well as the leadership position of relevant products.
  • Interface directly with prospects and determine optimal system configurations accordingly
  • Create and deliver customized presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects
  • Perform market surveys and competitor assessments across the region on a routine basis. Summarize andpresent to the management team and BU to drive the customer-oriented solution and product development
  • Prepare relative materials and provide dedicated training to stakeholders including but not limited to Customers Business Channels Sales team etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

 

Education/Experience

Qualification and Experiences Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in medical or other related major.
  • Typically 6+ years of successful track record and leadership experiences in diagnostic imaging radiology industry medical devices or CAPEX.
  • This position being a Senior level position we require experienced candidates in direct field level sales with a minimum period of 4 years in Healthcare Industry.

Requirements:

  • Sales Management Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Experience in the display solutions industry is a plus.
  • Master s degree in Business Management Marketing or related field.
