Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Presales Engineer with expertise in the ELV domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and technical teams to design, propose, and present customized ELV solutions to clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing technical proposals, and ensuring the successful delivery of ELV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Proposal:
• Analyze customer requirements and design customized ELV solutions, including systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS (Building Management Systems), Public Address, and Structured Cabling.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including system configurations, schematics, and cost estimates.
2. Technical Presentations:
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of proposed ELV solutions.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work with internal teams (engineering, project management, and sales) to ensure alignment between client requirements and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source appropriate products and technologies for project designs.
4. Tender Participation:
• Review and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations) with detailed technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and standards.
5. Market and Technology Research:
• Stay updated on emerging ELV technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark solutions effectively.
6. Client Engagement:
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, addressing queries and resolving concerns during the presales stage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
7. Site Surveys and Assessments:
• Perform site surveys to gather data for designing ELV systems and assess project feasibility.
• Provide technical inputs for project implementation and resource planning.
