Qualification needed:- Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering. Job Summary : Your primary duties will include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, protecting data, software, and hardware when necessary. You will also be working closely with the users of our network in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems. Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. Responsibilities and Duties : Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security Arranging scheduled upgrades Investigating faults in the network They need to monitor overall network performance to decide if changes want to be made. Must carry out the configuration of routing and switching equipment.
