Ever imagined that comment on Facebook can land you a job offer??? Well, that’s what, we at Zigsaw Consultancy services are trying to do. With our vision to simplify the process of recruitment both for the recruiters as well as candidates, we are all set to #RevolutionizeRecruitment forever
Currently, we are a core team of 2 members, me & Shristi, we have believed in hiring interns for getting work done. We have had interns from top colleges like IIT-Kanpur, BITS-Pilani, IIT-BHU, SVNIT, MNIT, VNIT & TAPMI. I believe it works brilliantly; interns create momentum & leave us with a lot of ideas, and “out-of-the-box” ideas is what I think will separate us from the other players in recruitment. If I look back now, I see a very rich pedigree of sweat that has gone into building what we are today.

• New faces every time: There is no way you can block them and sit comfortably. They will find you every time. I am assuming they have an MLM mechanism to bring engagement which again, I am a big fan of.
• People loved Irfan Khan for his hutch advertisements. He brought genuineness to them. Mix the genuineness of Irfan with the celebrity power of Shahrukh Khan. Chamcash guys start their posts with Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi
• They target what we need most: Jobs. They have solved a perfect problem for our country – Unemployment. They claim to pay you 15-20k rupees pm for 2-4 hours of work. They are online which makes it easy for them to target the Gen-Y of today.

I sincerely hope that some of the startups of today, that are trying to make an actual difference in the lives of people learn from the strategies of Champcash & make it big with their dream.
Advice to people: Don’t worry if you do not have a Job. We did a Job carnival where we brought 62 Job openings for our users including the likes of UBER, Indiamart, Mahindra Finance, Tech Mahindra Project, HRH Group, Destiny Group, etc. We will only go BIG with the Zigsaw Job Carnival 2.0 scheduled on 12-14^th June.

Incentives

• 1000-3000 for each successful referral provided candidate is selected & joins the organization. The referral incentive would be communicated explicitly at the time of the communication of Job opening to the momentum officers.
• Payment to be made in 3 months of candidates joining subject to payment received by Zigsaw
• A recharge of Rs. 300 pm would be provided subject to the no. of sourced profiles > 30 pm

Process

• Candidates Name, email ID, Phone & resume to be uploaded at Zigzobs >> view posting >> refer a friend
• A verification link would be sent to the preferred candidate. In the case of duplicate entry, it will be reflected while referring to the candidate
• Jobs will be in Rajasthan, Gujarat & MP region with a special focus on Udaipur, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Baroda & Surat.

Terms & conditions

• Maintain professionalism when interacting with candidates on Zigsaw’s behalf.
• To maintain the highest standards of integrity & not divulge any information regarding client, role, etc. to the public or any competitor
