    A: I provide mental health support for athletes by being a listening ear, and creating a safe and non-judgmental space for them to talk about their concerns. I also provide resources such as referrals to counselling services and work closely with sports psychologists to ensure that the athlete receives the best possible support. I also educate the athletes on the importance of mental health and encourage them to take care of their emotional well-being.
